The International Mobility and Trade Corridor Program

The  2017 IMTC Resource Manual is now available for download.

The Whatcom Council of Governments, as the lead organization for the International Mobility & Trade Corridor Program (IMTC), serves as a clearinghouse of resources, data, and statistics for both IMTC participants and the region as a whole.

The following data are available online and specifically reference the Cascade Gateway, the system of four border crossings between Whatcom County, Washington State and the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.

Note:  all of the documents below are available together in the 2016 IMTC Resource Manual.

Some key data elements are available on the one-page IMTC Briefing document.
